Pls any idea on this problem
i have alcatel ot800 and i want to unlock
it asking for provider id
this is the id i have 800x-2itbgb1-s40 sn 35154403653401.
I entered it this way ot800-21tbgb1
but it gives me provider id not supported
pls any idea on how to enter the id correctly.
