| too silly question mates!!!!!!!!!!! haven't you look at the bottom "Being transaction" that means dongle try to activate dct4+ license through security server
turn off windows firewall , open mobileex , in dct4 section just unlock a dct4+set , before do that turn on your internet connection & voila .
but remember you need at least 100 CR1 & 100 CR2 credits for this |
