you need to unlock it, go to Service-> IMEI & Security->Simlock and select Repair Simlock and tick Make simlock rpl and then click Repair SPlock, i think your problem will be solved I am sure 99% ( I say 99% because there can still be another problem like security test failed which will result in contact retailer) Post complete self test log if problem still persist.
