Hi,

Well, there is no need to flash patched SPL in order to install language pack. which is come as cabinet. all you need to do. copy .cab file into phone or storage. execute it via File Explorer. all set, now restart phone.

Hard SPL is necessary when you are flashing another "Rom" with different CID.

*Read each n every word of tutorial to become success.
