the initial problem was phone isnt working, I mean it was a dead phone... So I decided to back-up first and format the unit, there is an error at the last part... I also didnt back-up its eeprom because I already have its fullflash back-up...
Then I check the unit if it was already working, it is... but hang on start-up logo...
I decided to return to customer because as of the moment, It is not supported I think, or I am wrong... just correct me so.....
