Hi friends i have the solution for dead hwk or bad ping after a lot of efforts now i am able to reprogram to msp430f1121a witch ids used in hwk as U=1.
how we damage hwk.
when we try to connect ufs sometime it show only two lines of text.like this. 
after 2nd or 3rd try you will dead hwk in your hand.reason of this i think low usb power or bad connect usb connection. solution, we should reconnect usb cable.(best is reconnect both side of usb cable) if hwk gone dead don't worry here is the complete tutorial of reprogramming of msp430 mcu after reprogramming of msp430f1121a you will be able to use again. first of all make bsl (boot strap loader) interface. http://img709.imageshack.us/img709/9113/mspsr.jpg
