i have a problem with my infinity smart card, i have tried to update it but it says card damaged, below is the message i get whenever i try to update it
dongle manager
smart card access key is incorrect or damaged
smart card can not be upgraded any more
it is quite rare situation and we are sure that it is not an infinity box fault
this smart card can not be replaced for free
this kind of problems is not an infinity box fault, it is a result of harmful activity of other software

if you have any other addon software activated for your damaged infinity box smart card and
if you have another infinity box we can move addon activation to your other infinity box
(move activation from one smart card to another smart card)
if you see these errors addon activation stage, you can activate your addon for another infinity box or you can contact to your reseller for refund.
I really need help about that, if it requires to change the activation and write it in another smart card, where can i find it, is it possible to get it from you people so that you can re-write my activation in it?.
