I did in following way:
> Started IDAPro.
> New > Various > Binay/Raw file
> Selected TDS6.BIN
> In wizard pressed Next
> Selected HITACHI H8:h3800 processor > Next > Finish
> Now in Disassembly memory organization window, which addresses I should use?

just type "C" in keyboard and ur code will be clear :
