My CPF-BOX the voltage is excessively low Can't find pin out.

Is Voltage testing...
When circuit 1(6) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 1.69v
When circuit 2(8) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 1.09v
When circuit 3(10) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 1.69v
When circuit 4(12) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 1.16v
When circuit 5(14) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 1.69v
When circuit 6(16) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 1.17v
When circuit 7(18) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 1.70v
When circuit 8(20) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 1.10v
When circuit 9(21) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 1.70v
When circuit 10(4) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 1.11v
When circuit 11(5) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 1.70v
