I bought a box 2 days ago from fonefunshop uk.But there is no usb dongle in the package .And they customer service dont answering for me.My question.
1.The schlumberger usb dongle is built in the orange box or not?please give me clear answer.Dont send me the official manual site address please.
2.I cannot use this box ,but I followd the official procedure more times.The box restarting my computer all the time
3.I succesfully registrate the box with the newest dongle manager.But i cannot register the pinfinder application.Becose of if i press the button yes[pinfinder is inserted in computer?] the computer restarting 4-5-6 times.But if i say no on the same question nothing happening.
4.I cannot use dtc4 plus software becose of if iwant to do it the computer punish me and restarting 4-5-6 times .
So iam desperatly in need of help.Please help me.You know much better about this great product like me.Thank you very much in advance your help.
