hello supporter i tried to repair my customer phone blackberry china phone problem was menu function when i ticked the key menu nothing appear on screen...


tried with ffs safe mode no luck..
and imei was disappear also tried to rewrite imei but failed
to restore now phone has blank imei..

this is a new firmware and hope to support this soon..

i already did a back up and will send to your support team.

i rewrite also my back up still got blank IMEI.
i think i got damaged security zone>
