Did you try to flash with product code file ?
Blue screen mostly a SW problem, writing blank PPM can solve this.

sir i did flashed already with pmm blank and flash with higher version still blue screen.
screen also show nokia testmode when i power on phone blue screen only and there is no higher version with my product code...
i found same product code with version 410.21.010 only.
what tricks can you suggest.
