NICE.. let it begin battery charging.
THEN hold both VOLUME keys..
turn on the phone - keep holding POWER key..
start up AT&T screen comes up..
still hold POWER key..
wait till that screen disappears..
then release POWER key..
still hold both VOLUME keys..
and now YOU are in DOWNLOAD mode
