Yes, we see your post well, but we need some time to check what may be the problem.
I am sure you understand that to check something we need to take phone on hands and make many tests, and this can not be done in 1 minute.

So be sure - we read EACH POST IN THIS FORUM VERY CAREFULLY !
But we are a professional people and we do not want to give fast & stupid advices (you know many examples of people who give fast & stupid advices instead of think before post an advice).
We must think well and make additional tests before post an answer here.
