how to activate infinity combo contentEx ?????

there is a problem when i run my contentEx.exe
i see like this message

dongle {******} is not activated fore current software module
current dongle axteivation level ****
required dongle activationlevel ****
contact to your reseller to get information about additional activation
ok

so can any one help me plz how to activate ?????
