Sherif Hashim is not the developper of ultrasn0w, he is a DOCTOR, and he is known as the first person (but not the only one) who discoveres vulnerabilities on iOS to use them on patching the Baseband.
on every discovery of any vulnerability, he sends it to dev team to use it on their software Ultrasn0w
