you need to press and hold the left navigation button and power on the phone, if that doesnt work, try any of the remaning 3 position before pressing power button.. i ve forgotten which of the navigation buttons now... one should work...100% the navigation button is the square button (arrow button) to move up, down, left, right.

please let me know.
