please, someone help me... at first, sorry for the bad english, but i'm portuguese. i have this samsung (gt-i5801) and at the inicial screen, it does not pass the word samsung... i tried everything and does not result... it only says samsung and does not go to the pin code or to the normal screen.
when i switch on my phone, it appear the model of the phone and then samsung. and does not make nothing else. only the word samsung appear and it stay on the phone...
please, if someone knows how to solve that, i apreciate
...
ps: i tried this hard reset, but when i try to do it, the phone appear only the android with a signal with an exclamation point. i try every buttons of the phone and the only that do something is the home button. i press on time and the phone reiniciate but not resolve...
