1. run Infinity-Box DongleManager:
http://server1.infinity-box.biz/down...gleManager.rar
2. select "Infinity-Box" or "BEST Tool" or "CDMA Tool" (depends on your Box/Dongle type)
3. read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)
4. send problem description and full text with Box/Dongle details to
[email protected]
Please, do not send screenshot/pictures, just copy/paste text from DongleManager window to your message !
