I have an SPV M3100(HTC Hermes, HTC tytn 1) with hardware charging problem. I have marked with blue the damaged chip in next image:

and the same chip in :

Anyone know what is this chip that is marked with blue? What is the role of this?
When i have unglued the chip from board, the phone has power on

, and with this chip glued on board, the phone won't turn on.

I have HTC Tytn 2 (kaiser) board, and i want to take the chip from htc tytn 2 and put him in htc tytn 1 board. I have marked the chip on htc tytn2 board, there is a image:

Can anyone tell me what is this chip on htc tytn 1 board, and if the chip from tytn2 can replace the chip from tytn1?
