From what I know, 3210 is provided with a battery of 600-650 mAh.I assume that the battery you are using is not original... and propably doesn't have the capacity that it's written on it. ( I hate when some companies do that).
Now, in case your battery is a new original then I can't tell what's wrong. I've seen 3210 with a stantard original battery which had 6 days stand-by time !!!!
