once i downloaded the modem patch from the z3x site ,i then patched the phone ,but the phone would not go into the download mode ,so i used the special cable which puts it into download mode ,the phone would not except the patch ,but then the phone would not boot,even tried to flash the phone .Had to send the phone away for boot repair.The only thing i can think may have caused this ,was the customer updated his phone with the latest version from the samsung web site.
