Procedure:

model: HTC T8788/PD26100 Windows & mobile phone
-Insert non accepted simcard first if it will ask for the network code

-calculate unlocking code via server
-input the code

see the pictures "retry in 16384 minutes" (this is because of wrong entering of user code)

solution : press volume up and volume down together then press power button

then read on screen instruction then press volume down to restore in the factory setting then press volume down again to restart ...

VIOLA!!!!!
