| Thanks for answering. I'm guessing user lock. It's the first thing that comes up after the Telstra homepage. Then all is on the screen is 0-9 no #or *. Menu gives me only cancel option and enter on the opposite side. That's it. Password is written up the top left. I can not press anything else. I thought I would need the code like others have put on here but it still doesn't work. I'm thinking that is the network code which isn't what I want. I brought my phone outright so I can have any service. Please help. |
