I am sorry that I am asking stupid questons, but...

... What does the above mean please. If I activate the enhanced full rate codec, what does it do to my husbands nokia 1616? I don't suppose that it unlocks it at all does it?

What if I can take it back to Factory settings, does that unlock it?

Sorry if I am in the wrong section.
