i buy nokia c7 phone from ebay. and its totally dead. someone told me to do flash it with phoenix software. but the problem is that i could not install the Phoenix Service Software 2010.24.008.43820, but it give this error message.
unable to execute file
Phoenix service software

Phoenix service software failed; code 2
the system can't find the file specified.

anyone can help me for this?
