Click to START Button ....Then click to RUN....Write "regedit".....
then....
Locate the following registry entry:

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" than, "SOFTWARE" than, "Linktop3G"

On the right-pan, double click on the "Engineer" file and change "Value Data" 1 to 0 and it's done.

Create new connection profile for your preferred operator like Airtel-MTNL-VODAFONE etc.,
make it as default and connect...
