it seems to me all unlocking support for all products are the same,you get no support, you have to rely on other users, i have just purchased genie and asked a simple question about dct4 calculator but no response, maybe i should have purchased cylcone as was same price new as i paid for 2nd hand genie
all i needed to know was where does the unlock code get saved when using calculator for unlock and if you need credits just to use this, i also need a username anad password so i can buy credits as seller said he had but not sent them.
not hard question but looking at forums for other boxes and dongles all seems the same.
