Boss,
good evening. what's i perceived before, it's happened. my LITTLE GIANT not working. i explaining my installing method for your kind consideration :-

1. completely formatting and installed WINDOWS XP(service pack-2).
2. installed latest update 3.5 rev 1.0
3. installed smartcard driver
4. installed HTI driver
5. update HTI firmware
6. connected MX BOX with NOKIA USB DKE-2 CABLE ( 3110c usb data cable)
7. that's all. i think no more option.

PROBLEM :-
1. when i run mobilex, sometimes appear HTI INTERFACE, sometimes not appear.

2. if appear HTI INTERFACE, i click connect then message show - box error........ disconnected........

3. on luck ( after many times trying) if connected then HANG............ nothing happened.

4. my computer continue " ding ding ding ........." sound. when i reconnecting MX BOX with USB CABLE TO MY PC.

Boss, in details i write here. if my LITTLE GIANT not working, i will be finish. i can't control nokia bb5 phone. no body say, i'm best technician in my city. it's my prestige issue.

you don't know , what is the power of my LITTLE GIANT. it's incredible , it's unbelievable, it's implausible POWER. my LITTLE GIANT save me many times. i'm waiting may be solve in next update (3.5 rev 1.0) but not solve. i am going to disappoint, let down, dishearten, . my heart is burning, my brain is going to collapse.

so Sir, i heartily, with kindly, with most respectfully request to you save my LITTLE GIANT, and save me. very urgently you reply please. i am waiting for your kind reply Sir.
