| I think the only solution is to change UEM and write RPL. But you should have good practice to do that. Otherwise cell may be damaged. On YOUTUBE many helping videos (replacing UEM) have been uploaded from all over the world by the technicians.
No Flashing Device has the capibility to change imei of 1202, 1661 etc
