| java programming nokia 6210... no response from phone...
i have a nokia 6210. i already have a java program that interfaces the serial COM1 port. the problem is i don't receive any response from the phone. not even "OK" when "AT" is sent. but i have read that nokia 6210 has a built-in modem. and i have already tried sending sms through my pc with the phone connected to COM1 using a downloaded software (Tekram's Mobile Phone Assistance). but i can't communicate with my phone using my own program.
any suggestions of what i'm supposed to do or try? thanks in advance.
