i tried to unlock some A55 , and the soft don 't do anything :the phone is not is not responding!!!

the dialog box of freia :
FREIA - Engine build 10, Frontend build 9

TTY_OpenCOMPort : opening COM1
COMM_IsBootRunning : bootcode does not seem to be running
COMM_LoadBoots : Waiting to power on the phone ...
COMM_LoadBoots : phone is not powered on
TTY_WriteComm : cannot write to COM port
COMM_LoadBoots : phone is not powered on

VERSION :11
prodDat:20040529
variant: s121

i do many pieces of version 9 of a 55 and also many pieces of a 52, so the cable works good and the software also i think!!i tried all different speed , and 2 different computer!!!and also the different bootcore mode!!

at all i m not understand why the phone not respnd when i press no !!!
