checking the IC's is the best tricks to repair the phone, so what do you do if the IC's changed but the problem can't solve??????????????????????????????
It means probably the resistor arround the UI Ic's is bad or lost. So checking is the best way man...!!!
In the Service manual book there isn't shown what do you do "KEY PAD IC"!!!
Please be a professional man...!!!!!!!
