Click BUSCHECK and paste the Logs here...

It will show me if your phone is SL2 or SL3...

If it is SL2 (most likely) then you can rebuild simlocks via Repair Simlocks (SL1 and SL2) option...

If it is SL3, then you need to buy RPL...
