you can solved it just by full erase the whole flash chip
how to erase whole chip flash ?
here is the whole flash chip erase address
for 8MB : 0x00800000
for 16MB: 0x01000000
for 32MB: 0x0200000
for 64MB: 0x0400000
then flash .
