If you connect your phone to the pc in web camera mode, then some computers demands for web cam drivers

Is your computer ask any drivers ?

or

Is your computer already installed any default drivers (search in device manager) ?

If your computer installed web cam drivers then double click on My Computer icon

Then verify a new camera icon appear along with your Hard Disc Partitions. Double click on that camera icon and see.
