copy your map on the Navigon folder like

SDCARD\Navigon\map\YOUR MAP HERE.map

4)Fourth
Download the apk and install it

If you wanna use north america maps;don't use new 2.6.1 version. it doesn't support NA maps.
download 2.5.1 version. which is here:
