Means please use SEARCH button. specifically all devices need SHSH blobs. unless you are already on a firmware you can save SHSH through iFaith.
Without SHSH you can not downgrade. It doesnt matter if you are King of England or Queen of Tanzania, you need SHSH or Apple needs to be signing IoS.
Apple no longer signs old OS like 4.3.3 or 4.3.4. 4.3.5 MAY be still signing.
SHSH is basically a certificate that validates your IOS when it is verified while installing, It is checked against Cydia and not Apple servers.
Its a little confusing at first.
