Yep i am naive but before i did some research and he seems to be alright.

I transfered him 1890 eur for mobiles and 55 euro delivery.
He told my many times that parcel is send i should have it in 3 days and bla bla bla. He never send me parcel number. Since 2 month he was sending phones to me. Now his mobile is off all the time , he is not responding icq,msn, skype etc.
Last pm i had from him is :

"I am sorry for all the delay but its due to my stupidity phones are stuck here, just give me little time if I dont sort out in 10 days, you will have your money back on the first of next month, I am not a cheater but some problems created by myself make me look bad, send me your bank account detail, if I dont sort in next 10, 12 days you can post here in cheater section and internet fraud complain . What i am thinking he was playing with me to gain time and he is not living anymore in Spain.
Anyway all case is reported to POLICE , with full information about bank acc numbers, contacts etc.
