Apple Releases iOS 5.0.1

Apple has just released iOS 5.0.1. The update is available now on Apple’s iTunes. As previously announced by Apple, brings battery life fixes for all devices running iOS 5, as well as security improvements and gestures on the original iPad.

This update contains improvements and other bug fixes including

iOS 5.0.1 direct download links below (build number 9A405)

iPhone 4 GSM
iPhone 4 CDMA
iPhone 4S
iPad
iPad 2 (also iPad 2 AT&T and iPad 2 Verizon)
