| I have opened some Spiderman Box and found NXP controller in it, with some ROMs, switches.
Basically, every pin finder, as i think, checks pins for RX/TX level voltages, and sequentially puts RX and TX signal to them and tries to read reply.
A successful transmit of data, and then a expected correct reply confirms about RX TX pins.
Just my 2 cents.
