Thanks a lot for your quick responseI found the created MP0B_001_NEW, it was in the users folder.
i renamed it to MP0B_001 , copied it to sd card, then through Root explorer i overwrote the one in the ../NVD/IMEI folder on the phone, fixed the permisions as in the instructions, rebooted and again invalid IMEI
problem now is that everytime i try to paste the MP0B_001 , after the reboot , it makes another file "MP0B_001_back" 25 bytes--------, and and a MP0B_001 rw-r-x--- 24 bytes. The created from the imei.exe MP0B is 25bytes. maybe that is the cause it makes the extra file on the phone memory?
i used the two IMEI codes that were at the back, the one had a tape ,i wonder was it for the warranty..?
