| All is ok with last update just need change comport after Reset EFS becosue phone have other com port when is in normal mode and other when is in download mode and you not change this and becosue this you got timeout.
Spt mode work becsoue use ADB command other then comport.
If still not ok and you are sure you use correct com port you got drivers problem.
Just use other computer or change usb port when do last step in normal mode.
Offcorse you enable usb debugging in setting and enter 2 codes to phone before start ?
