hey i am new to this but i have been trying for like 3 weeks now to unlock or liberate or flexear a samsung chat or s3350... I connect the phone to the micro uart cable and click the connect option sometimes it wont connect and i get an error message to contact the support team and when it does connect successfully it give me the option to unlock i click it but nothing happens and when i try to read codes and am asked to use the usb cable i get this message [ --- DETECTING THE PHONE --- ]
1. PLEASE ENSURE THAT BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED.
2. POWER OFF PHONE AND CONNECT IT TO ORIGINAL USB DATA CABLE
OPENING PIPE : FAILED and again nothing happens please help oh I tried reading codes with ns pro but i doesnt work either i get an error message too i dont want to regret buying this box but up untill now i havent used it for anything again please help
