I have bought a code to unlock a 8520 from Hardlocked.com . It is over one week now and they have not provided the service and they do not respond to emails and inform the customer why their phone is not being unlocked. They have my $60 US and are not returning emails or unlocking the MEP 0 which they advertised to unlock in one day.
