I am using windows 7 32 Bit,
Internet Explorer 9,
Mozilla Firefox
I accidently used IDM with my furious download and now i am unable to download any file
Every time i try to log in to support i receive this message

I have also restarted my PC,exit the browser and relogged in after half an hour but problem is same
