Hardware issue. wish you were in Ghana. i would have fixed this problem for you. i do my best with water damaged blackberry phones with a high rate of recovery.
please do this: remove the plates covering the ics and wash the board in an ultrasonic cleaning bath. dry and put the phone together. flash light on is a good sign of a sign of life.
