SOLUTION:

• Open SAMs GUI
• Connect
• Select "Trident" tab
  • Select phone model(S3500)
• Tick "Mobile Info"
  • Phone should be powered on before connecting the phone to nm_20 rj45 cable
• Disconnect phone and enter the code manually...
