blinking led indicates HTI FW problem.
Try to update first your HTI box.
- do not plug hti to pc
- install 3.5rev2.0
- open mobileex.exe, ignore no dongle detection
- press update HTI, plug HTI to usb immediately.
- proceed with driver installation after update FW is done.
