My customer brought a phone that has a dead mic and speaker. Changing the dock connector module did not help. There is absolutely no sound. Home button and charging/USB is working. The second mic and the earpiece are working as well so it's probably not an audio IC problem?

Is this a motherboard problem? Are there any solutions? The motherboard does not have any water damage.
